Economic Development Strategy- Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership
An economic development strategy was prepared for the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership that included the preparation of an evidence-based situational analysis of the recent patterns of change in key socio-economic variables. The situational analysis was then used as a basis for discussion with key local stakeholders in both interview and focus group sessions from which strategic directions and action plans for Sarnia-Lambton to pursue were developed.
